​after tiring of her career as a paralegal, Erin was accepted into the baking & pastry program at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont.  Erin trained using the very best techniques and ingredients, and thereafter began an internship at Maggie Austin Cake, a nationally recognized wedding and event cake studio in Alexandria, Virginia. after moving back to Scituate, Massachusetts, Erin decided to open her own cake studio, and is now offering superior cakes in the south shore region.

​we encourage you to call or e-mail to book a free tasting and design appointment with us. all cakes are custom designed, and therefore pricing varies. our cakes start at $2.50 per serving for buttercream frosted cakes. further frills such as fondant, flowers and lace will be an additional cost.​
